HTML ColorSelect 1.3 - is a simple application that allows a user to open a PICT file and select a single pixel color. It then displays the hexadecimal value for it. The user can also use the color wheel to pick a color and get its hex value. I wrote this little utility out of my own need in constructing web pages.
